Delivery

Every piece of MurrayandMe jewellery is bespoke and handmade to order in our Manchester studio. Please allow 2-3 weeks for your order to be handmade and delivered (During busy periods please allow 4 - 6 weeks.) If you need your item sooner, then please email hello@murrayandme.co.uk to check if your deadline date is possible before ordering.

Jewellery under the value of £150 will be sent out using Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery. Royal Mail estimates 1-2 days for delivery using this method. During busy periods please allow up to 5 days. Items that’s are £150 and over, are sent using Royal Mail Special Delivery. Royal Mail estimates next working day delivery pre 1pm for this service. Each service will require a signature upon delivery.

When orders are despatched you will be provided with a tracking number which can be tracked on https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item

Please ensure that your delivery address is correct at checkout. Refunds cannot be issued for items sent to the wrong address.

International Shipping

We post internationally to Europe, USA and Canada. Jewellery is dispatched using royal Mails ‘Tracked and Signed for’ delivery service.

It is the customer’s responsibility to investigate any possible import duties, taxes or charges prior to purchasing. Any such charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. We cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the local country postal service or customs checks. Any import duties, sales taxes or other customs charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please check with your country's customs office for further information. 

Once the package leaves UK soil, Royal Mail does not have any control over delivery. If tracking states that your package has arrived at its destination country, please contact your local post office or carrier to organise delivery.
