We really hope that you love your MurrayandMe jewellery. We work really hard to ensure that your jewellery is made to the highest of standards. Before leaving our workshop each piece of jewellery goes through two rigorous quality control checks to ensure that this is the case. If for any reason you don't love your new treasure, please do contact us at to see how we can help.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer an exchange or a refund on personalised and bespoke items unless they are faulty. We will however remake or refund your item if we have made a mistake or if your item arrives damaged - but please email us within 5 days of receiving your order if this is the case.

Every piece of Murray and Me jewellery is covered by our one-year warranty from the date of purchase.  Should your piece break due to a manufacturing defect in that time we’ll get it fixed for you free of charge.

Items being returned for an exchange or refund must be returned to us in perfect condition, unworn and in the original packaging within 28 days of purchase. Once we receive the item back, we shall process a refund within 7 working days, we do not refund return postage costs. We cannot be responsible for the time in which your bank may take to clear the monies.

If you wish to return your jewellery (for cleaning, adding additional parts or exchanging) you will be responsible for your returns package until it arrives safely with MurrayandMe. So please ensure you send safely to avoid any loss or damage and obtain proof of postage. We recommend Royal Mails’ Special Delivery Service. Please allow 14 working days from receipt of parcel to process through the studio and return back to you.
