Delivery and Returns


Delivery

Each and every piece of jewellery is bespoke and handmade to order in our Manchester studio. Please allow up to 3 weeks for your order to be handmade and delivered (During busy periods please allow 4 - 6 weeks.) If you need your item sooner then please do email hello@murrayandme.co.uk to check if your deadline date is possible before ordering.

Jewellery under the value of £150 will be sent out using Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery. Royal Mail estimates 1-2 days for delivery using this method. During busy periods please allow up to 5 days. Items over £151, are sent using Royal Mail Special Delivery. Royal Mail estimates next day delivery pre 1pm for this service. Each service will require a signature upon delivery.
 
Please ensure that your delivery address is correct at checkout. Refunds cannot be issued for items sent to the wrong address in these instances.

 

International Shipping

I post internationally to Europe, USA and Canada. Jewellery is dispatched with using the Track and Trace delivery method with Royal Mail.

It is the customer’s responsibility to look into any possible import duties, taxes or charges prior to purchasing. Any such charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. Please check with your country's customs office for further information. 

Once the package leaves UK soil, Royal Mail does not have any control over delivery. If tracking states that your package has arrived in it’s destination country, please contact your local post office or carrier to organise delivery.

Returns

I really, really hope that you love your MurrayandMe jewellery. I work really hard to ensure that your jewellery is made to the highest of standards. Before leaving our workshop each piece of jewellery goes through a thorough quality control protocol to ensure that this is the case. If for any reason you don't love your new treasure, please do contact me to see if I can help. 

Unfortunately I cannot offer an exchange or a refund on personalised items unless they are faulty. I will however remake or refund your item if I have made a mistake or if your item arrives damaged -  but please inform me within 7 days of receiving your order if this is the case. Please note however that everything is hand made and therefore there will be nuances-   particularly with handstamped pieces these nuances do not constitute faults. Similarly tarnishing, a natural process that occurs with silver does not constitute a fault. Each piece of MurrayandMe jewellery is sent with a jewellery care card, which will guide you on how best to care for your jewellery.


Should you wish to return your jewellery to me (for cleaning, adding additional parts, exchanging or refunding) you will be responsible for your returns package until it arrives safey with MurrayandMe. So please ensure you send safely to avoid any loss or damage and obtain proof of postage.  Please also complete the returns form and enclose with your parcel.

Additional Information 

My pieces are made from sterling silver, 9ct yellow gold and 9ct rose gold. My pieces are hallmarked at the Birmingham Assay Office.

None of my pieces are intended to be worn by children. So I would ask that you don't gift my pieces to anybody under the age of 18 please. 

Your jewellery will arrived in a black MurrayandMe branded gift box with polishing cloth, complimentary literature and jewellery care card.
